Establish your personal growth rituals

One of the things that I am good at is tuning in and grabbing a fleeting thing and making the most of it. I have rituals and practices that lead to my inspiration. I need that time before 6 AM to just watch clips, read newsletters and meditate. I was watching a clip one morning on Lisa Sasevich, one of my mentors, and I just got a BANG and I started writing my newsletter on personal branding and the content of the course.

In this video she talks about the results, outcomes and your works when selling. I’ll let you watch it to get a feel of what I mean.

I follow Lisa Sasevich religiously, I have bought two of her books and attempted to join some of her masterminds, but as you can see it is mostly targeted to her female audience. I was absolutely taken by her direction on brand building using words. It’s a phenomenal concept. Living your life’s purpose is more than just wishing for the best, you need to do the hard work, you need to research and learn from different people in your area of expertise. It isn’t just researching on the competition; it is about learning best practices in other parts of the world and from your moments of reflection, adapting your learning to build a unique brand for your target audience.

It may sound like a lot of work, it is, but it is all about balancing and managing your time. I mentioned that I have rituals, one of my rituals involved opening a dedicated email account to receive newsletters solely to read and learn from at 5 am in the morning. I take time to sift through my emails and study lessons from some of the greats.

And by doing that, I am building my skill, setting up my best practices to be a unique business coach for my market. You can do the same in your area of business and expertise. But you first need to establish your rituals.
